Ok so if we are going to have a flying day at Spilve or Adazi there are a few questions we should probably discuss:
1. If it is at Spilve and a lot of people come with their cars, where shall we put the cars? Maybe not ideal if they are all on the "runway"!
2. At Spilve, for everyones safety and enjoyment, I would like to see that it was only allowed to fly on the west side of the runway (over the big field), except for take-offs and landings. That would mean no flying over cars and people, or on the south, north or east side of the runway. Do we think we could all manage that? What are your opinions?
3. Who will bring the BBQ?! Also, what about a very small fee for keeping it running, but everyone brings their own food? Suggestions?
the flying safty ruels are standing on the richt site of the nakotne page. I think this is a normal way of flying in al the flygt clubs are these rules the same,and is profen to work. I can bring one BBQ and atribute's. We only must pick a date I think a sunday will be good for the most people. Parking we can do ad the beginning of the track, this after bringing your plane's and stuf to the pitch. The only thing we dont control is the people ho is driving true,but for this we can watch and warn the flyer,s. Poor me, I've just realized that I'll be in Russia (SPb) on 16-17th august... By the way, on 16th there will be some airshow in Tukums, if it's interesting to somebody...

Yes I have been thinking of that, and I am working on it! Hopefully they will be ready for the Freestyle competition this weekend.

The problem is that there is no way to get sponsorship for the flyers so I would have to pay for it out of my own pocket which I don't really like but will do anyway if necessary... Anyone else feeling like chippin in say 50 santimi or 1Ls? What do you guys think?
Johannes: What did you mean about parking the cars at the beginning of the track?
One option would be to make the people coming first to park at the little sand road leading towards the east just by the bit where we normally park our cars. What do you think?
CAO johan. Do we speek abouth spilve or Adazi. For spilve I mean the beginning of the road to the fly place wen you com of the hobbely track. Sorry Al, flyers are going out already with starting time 14.00 on them. On the other hand, now you have got another hour before flying to prepare for job!

Gribu prognozējamo cilvēku skaitu. Kādā veidā tiks novietotas mašīnās? Ar ko jūs izklaidēsiet bērnus? Kur cilvēki metīs atkritumus? Kurš to nodrošina? Uzvārdus lūdzu! 4. Kurš regulēs frekvences?? 5. Flajerī rakstīts, ka jāņem pārtika, bet grills būs. Kurš nodrošina grillu, ogles un tt.??? 6. Joprojam gaidu precīzu, izvietojamo mājaslapā informāciju par pasākuma norisi!
